You may return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund. To do this you must follow the instructions below:

1. Email us at to obtain a RAN (Return Authorisation Number) and Returns Address within 7 days of receiving your order. The cost of sending items for return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

2. Once received, complete the Returns Slip enclosed in your order and post the item(s), with the Returns Slip included, back to us at the stated Returns Address in the email within 7 Days of us confirming your RAN.

3. Retain proof-of-postage as you will be responsible for your item until it is delivered and signed for back at our warehouse.

4. Once received we will inspect the goods and as long as items are in their original condition with any tags still attached we will initiate your refund/exchange within 24 hours of receiving the return.


If you would like an exchange, it can be up to the value of your original order. Any difference in price will be refunded. If you wish to exchange for an item above the value of your original order, the difference will be charged to you. Please indicate on the returns slip what you would like to exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Per company policy, the shipping costs of the requested Exchange must be covered by you.

Refunds will be for the cost of the item and will not include original shipping costs.

EJDER reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected. If an item is damaged/faulty you must contact us at upon receiving the item and providing us with detailed images of the damage/fault.

Sale items are non-refundable, however they can be exchanged. This does not apply to faulty items.
